The room featured rock walls and balanced rock with wood elements. I appreciated the spaciousness within the room. Staff members were attentive. I found the breakfast, available for purchase, excellent.

The bed and pillow weren't too comfortable.

The location was acceptable, as it was fairly central to everything I wanted to see.

The room I got was not at all what I was expecting. It faced an uninviting back alley, about two meters from another building. Calling it a 'Beautiful' room feels like a joke. Persistent noise at night kept me awake both nights. Comfort gets a low score thanks to external sound conditions in my room.

i had a one-bedroom apartment balcony. it was spacious with a bedroom and sitting room. all the staff were great with smiles. the breakfast had very high standards and quality.

the bed and pillow weren't really comfortable, and our room had a window about 1 meter away from another room. there was no natural light. just one gel shower was in the bathroom though the shower door didn't close completely.

The breakfast was of very high standards. It had good quality.

I had problems with the room though. The AC did not work, it was freezing. We arrived late, after 23:00, nobody was there to help. This must have been a known issue because the elevator also was broken.
