The location was central. It made exploring many sights easy. The indoor swimming pool was larger than expected. I found it empty s. The staff was very cute and helpful. They really enhanced the stay.

The entrance to the hotel and the rooms are in separate buildings! it required taking two elevators.

Excellent City Stay Experience

The front desk staff was helpful with directions. I used the sauna, steam room, and indoor pool. They were very clean. The staff demonstrated how to open wine bottles with fire. That was interesting. Eduard provided much helpful information about local wines.

The hotel's location on a steep hill made access difficult for Uber and Bolt services. I had to walk up a hill to reach the entrance. This proved inconvenient with luggage. While taxis could reach the front, ride-sharing was challenging.

Breakfast included a delicious choice of high-quality cuisines, mouthwatering pastries, and great full-bodied coffee. Local sparkling wine was available. This was a treat at breakfast. The restaurant had excellent food, and it was AMAZING!!!

I found the location ideal. The hotel displayed beautiful décor and had hardwood floors. Breakfast included wide selections from 0700. buffet and a la carte options. All the staff demonstrated courteous, professional, and friendly behavior.

My room, a Premium Twin Room Balcony Cathedral View, featured modern decor. The touch screen lighting was a nice touch and the room felt spacious. Daily fresh water was provided and individual robes plus slippers were available. I appreciated the turndown service that was offered each evening.
