the bed was SOOO comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options. I took the free bikes AVAILABLE from reception and explored the city!

underwhelming stay
dull courtyardmalfunctioning safe
The room i booked was supposed to be a superior twin room. it had two beds. the promised view was disappointing. the window faced a rather dull courtyard.. this wasn't the relaxing vista i anticipated. additionally, the in-room safe malfunctioned and i couldn't use it . i reported it, but it wasn't fixed, concerning for the security of my belongings.

The parking garage was secure and clean. Its location allowed easy walks to the Ribeira. The River View room had wonderful views of the boats. I opened the window doors and sat watching the river!!!
The air conditioning unit kept turning off. I felt very hot. The shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom walls. The breakfast was quite mediocre for the price.
