the breakfast buffet offered MANY choices. the rooftop area was lovely for evening relaxation. i found the location ideal for exploring the city on foot, it was very central.

The breakfast was acceptable. There was a good variety of options available each morning. The staff at the front desk were consistently helpful.. they gave directions. The rooftop pool offered a relaxing space. It included comfortable loungers.
One of the elevators was out of service . This caused some delays during peak hours. My room was not very spacious. Storage was limited.. there wasn't enough space for luggage. The pillows were too soft.

I found the hotel staff very friendly. The breakfast service was great, with a wide selection of local choices. The 24/7 gym access was helpful, and I appreciated the large room I was assigned.
I observed that one of two elevators experienced downtime for a day.

The rooftop pool provides a place for relaxation with excellent city views, though space is somewhat limited with capacity for about 15 people. It is a nice amenity. The gym is accessible 24/7 and features a stationary bike, a stepper and a treadmill.
