The lighting system was overly complicated. I struggled to find the correct switch in the dark! I found the lack of towel hooks in the bathroom to be quite inconvenient. There was nowhere to hang wet towels.

the shower had see-through glass. it was right in the room. i didn't like that.

I found some aspects irritating. Light switches were not intuitive. I struggled to figure them out in the dark. The shower stall was a clear glass box jutting into the bedroom, with little privacy. I think this design missed the mark..

i found the staff cute and helpful. the hotel offered a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival, which i thought was a lovely touch. the location was also very convenient, close to main attractions (i even saw a cool crystal shower in my room!).

i did find the light switches a little difficult to navigate in the dark (i'm not sure if that's just me).

the superior double room with a balcony included comfortable amenities. the room featured a glass shower within the living space (it looked very modern). there were also provided slippers, robes, and a coffee machine.

this hotel is situated in the city center, so major attractions were within walking distance. numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops surrounded the area. this central location made exploring very easy (i walked everywhere!).

The allocated bedroom had a see-through shower cubicle jutting out into the room. i asked for a different room. it lacked storage space for clothes.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered many options! The sauna was great. I even got an upgrade due to my anniversary. I received complimentary champagne and a surprise dessert, a very nice welcome. The staff supported my late arrival and allowed me to use the sauna after hours.

I found the room slightly small.
