i was expecting a bit more from my stay. the gym was SMALL and did not have great equipment. also, housekeeping knocked VERY early each morning, even after i asked them to return later. there was not a do not disturb sign available in the room, so i had to request one.

I was very pleased with the staff. They were attentive and helpful. the hotel grounds were lovely, including the pool and gardens. the architecture of the buildings was quite fine. local restaurants surround the hotel so i could easily explore.

The gym was a bit limited. Some equipment was not up to par. i hoped to find a fully functional fitness center for my workout routine.

this place had an insane big bed. soft linens and multiple pillows were provided. complimentary water and artisanal chocolates waited for us.

the gym wasnt fully equipped. the sauna did not work properly. i found it weird that the restaurant and bar seemed managed separately, as i couldnt charge the room.

We stayed in a superior double or twin room. the room included comfortable beds and the building had a modern block of rooms that was beautiful. i appreciated the breakfast with many choices. The dining room was also beautiful. we felt secure with a friendly security guard at the door at night.

The gym had poor equipment, both in quality and quantity. the pool is a very small plunge in a very constricted courtyard. i felt the hotel was quite not a 5-star hotel. It's more like an excellent 4-star hotel.

the room i got was pretty disappointing. a light switch in the bathroom was broken, and water leaked all over the floor from the shower. also, the room keys stopped working multiple times. it got really annoying needing to get them fixed again and again.
