the room had a large double bed the bathroom was spacious i found a kettle for tea i appreciated that the hotel was not in the very center of tourist areas this made it quieter i liked its location near the river douro it was still a walkable distance to the main attractions i used the free luggage storage after checking out

the location is good it is only a short walk to the riverfront. the breakfast had a lot of different options i found good things to eat each morning.
the room i had faced a wall so the view was not good. the selection of food during the day was also limited i wish there were more options.

The room included electric window blinds, nets and curtains! Breakfast offered a good variety of food, nice. I was able to drop my luggage early. This was handy. I arrived five hours before my check-in time, so it was VERY helpful.
I found the corridors and bedrooms to be gloomy, and they were poorly lit. The room view faced a wall. There was NO gym. There were NO good restaurant services, either.
