i appreciated the easy access to the city center it was a short walk to many shops and restaurants the staff at reception were always helpful offering directions and advice. the breakfast buffet had many options the selection included fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes.
the elevators were sometimes slow a wait happened during peak hours.

the rooftop pool area is fantastic. i saw the gym had three treadmills and several weight machines. breakfast included a wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit. the staff was helpful in providing directions to the nearby attractions, too!
my room lacked a balcony, a bit disappointing. i noticed the elevators were slow. i had to wait a while especially during peak hours. it was a little distracting

The hotel has a rooftop pool with a bar. I found the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is near shops and restaurants, providing easy access to services. I was happy with the hotel's location, simple to get around the city.
I noticed one of the plugs in the bedroom was coming away from the wall.
