the hotel location was a highlight because it was near many restaurants. the double or twin room included a television with multiple channels. i found the air conditioning to be effective and quiet. the bathroom had a shower and i got fresh towels daily.

the front desk was staffed 24/7 and provided quick assistance. daily housekeeping maintained cleanliness. the staff assisted with directions to local attractions and i had prompt responses to my queries.

breakfast was served from 7:00 am to 10:30 am. the dining area offered seating both indoor and outdoor. i saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, and i found the breakfast well-stocked.

Acceptable, but Issues with Noise and Service

The room size was adequate and it was clean upon arrival.
Unfortunately, my sleep was disturbed due to noise from both outside and inside the hotel. Street-level conversations were audible even on the 5th floor, and I also experienced noise coming from adjacent rooms. the team member promised action at 18:30, but they only arrived at 23:30. This left me upset.

I found a location convenient, close to the beach and many restaurants. It made exploring easy. the staff were indeed helpful and friendly throughout my stay. i really liked the beautiful room overlooking the square, it provided some excellent views!
the gym in the basement could use a bit more ventilation, it felt a little stuffy at times.

while i did not dine extensively at the hotel, i noticed that the breakfast area was well stocked and clean. i saw a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit, it looked quite appealing.

The reception staff were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations, they were very polite. i asked for extra towels one evening and they were delivered promptly. The service was efficient.

The location was central. Restaurants, beaches, shopping were all walking distance. the hotel provided well-presented rooms with balconies. the balcony overlooked the main plaza, it displayed views of the castle.
the flashing light on the ceiling was very difficult to sleep with.
