The receptionist provided our room early! She had great humor. The room was very clean, and the cleaning lady cleaned every day. There was an elevator. Many accommodations DON'T have that. The location is good, near the metro.

The wind blew through the window. It did not shut properly! It was difficult to sleep well.

The hotel HAS an elevator. USB outlets are available. There IS a lot of lighting in the rooms. There ARE high beds. I found this all VERY helpful.

the ladies from the breakfast team were really good. the hotel was also very close to paddington, a good location. the staff were friendly.

I had to sign a form that they are not liable for the loss of any hotel. internet didn't really work. It was too slow. the bed was firm.

the location was excellent , close to paddington station and several restaurants. the room size suited my needs , and i found the beds to be comfortable. it was a quick walk from paddington , as well as restaurants in the surrounding area.

i noted that the window only had a limited opening range, about 15cm, unexpected. also , there were no true curtains , only a persiana and jalousie , so the room became bright early in the morning.

the staff was polite , specifically the receptionist offered cooperative service. they fulfilled every request i made. the housekeeping service was good and the cleaning lady came every day.

i easily walked from paddington station with many shops nearby. the staff at reception were very friendly. they assisted me with directions for tube and local attractions. i appreciated the availability to store luggage after checkout. the rooms had everything i needed.

the elevator was out of service, and i had to use the stairs.

I found several issues . The provided toiletries were sparse (only a small bar of soap and a shampoo sachet). This was insufficient for even a short stay. The room's soundproofing was also substandard. I heard street noise throughout the night and loud conversations from adjacent rooms.

the location was good for getting around. i could walk to the station without problems. the staff was helpful in directing me to local attractions i needed to see. i could leave my luggage after checkout and collect it later. this helped me avoid carrying it around all day.

the room was small for two adults. the bed was also small making it difficult for a tall person. i could hear other guests in the hallway early in the morning.
