i found the walk to the park short it took less than ten minutes security was quick near margaritaville i used the express passes i planned my days right.
i found the luggage trolleys were only for valet service that seemed a little odd since i was a paying guest

The staff displayed amazing friendliness! i loved the lobby. It was HUGE with comfy seating and a good scent. express passes worked perfectly! they let me bypass long lines. the boat service directly to universal studios was efficient and enjoyable.
the plugs didn't function well. many of the electrical outlets and usb ports in the room didn't properly charge devices. this was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel offers varied dining options. i saw multiple restaurants and quick-service locations within the premises. jake's american bar provided hearty meals with prompt service. the food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel's location is convenient. Citywalk is a short walk. the boat service offers a direct, quick route to universal studios. early park entry was a fantastic perk. I appreciated it.

The pool area is large with plenty of seating. i counted ample loungers and a dedicated shaded section for relaxation. the gym includes several cardio machines for workouts. It features treadmills and stationary bikes.

the room decor is excellent. the hotel smell very good. i appreciated the short walk to the park and the boat taxi. express passes were included and this helped to make the line shorter.
the hotel need some repairs to maintain appearance.

the staff were very accommodating. the massive perk is unlimited fast passes for every member on my room reservation for every night of my stay. it also has its own water taxis to both parks.
the room was okay. they didn't have a wheelchair accessible room available. it was challenging at best, though the location was perfect!

i appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff upon arrival. they assisted with information about the universal tickets. the room included a shower with great water pressure. the tuktuk market had free water and i purchased a cup for unlimited soda refills there.
the room allocation was changed three times before i got in it. hallways were noisy so there was zero consideration from other guests at any time of day. i could hear everyone going past.

check-in was fast i got a room on the requested floor the room was neat and clean the water taxi service was convenient for getting to the parks. Parking was easy and close to the entrance there were walking paths to the park that placed you right at the entrance i enjoyed the coffee and pastry from the hotel during my walk. the pool area was wonderful i ate at the pool and the food was reasonably priced the bartenders were also good and made a custom drink for me.
the hallways were being refreshed with plaster and paint so the hallways weren't vacuumed properly
