The room came equipped with a little kitchen. It had everything one would need. the pools were easily accessible. the staff was very friendly.
i did not like the hounding to attend a time share presentation upon check in. the gentleman was overbearing. he said because the resort has a partnership with expedia, we were making a mistake to not attend.

very clean, lots available
cute staff clean hotel cleaning service minor work
the staff were cute. the hotel was clean and had many activities. cleaning services came every other day. they do good work. the outside of the building needs minor work. i didn't explore anything except the lobby.
the parking is difficult. people park everywhere. there isn't enough parking. i had to park a distance from the room.

front desk staff does its best to get people into their villas by 4 pm check-in time. rosy at village center pool was polite and hospitable. deen was helpful and accommodating.

Decent Resort Experience
great pools good food dirty rooms worm infestation
The pools were great. My kids enjoyed golfing. The food offered was good too.
Our rooms smelled. I found worms crawling on the carpets, floors and bathrooms. I called about a room change immediately, but was told that no rooms were available until the next day.

adult lap pool positive experience
The resort offers various activities for children and adults. Staff members are eager to provide guests with a positive experience. Front desk staff works hard to get people into their villas by the 4 pm check-in time. This is an improved situation. Pools are super clean, and adult lap pool time is a welcome change.
The outside of the building could use some attention. I did not explore anything on the hotel except the lobby, so I cannot comment on the food and other amenities.

I liked how spacious the room was. The dining room and bathroom were also nice. The marketplace offered great convenience, I thought! The people working around the pool seemed friendly. Early check in was really helpful for my travel schedule.
I wish there wasn't carpet in the room.

dusty corners minimal housekeeping
The villas had everything I needed.
The front desk staff seemed rather unhappy. That vibe transferred to the guests. The room was not very clean. There was dust in the corners. Housekeeping only changed towels and made beds. Nothing else was done.
