flimsy door hallway obstruction

The pool area was acceptable for a quick dip after a day at the parks.

Our room was not what I expected for the price.. The bathroom door felt flimsy and didn't offer enough privacy, a design flaw I found quite bothersome. The walk to our room reminded me of navigating a maze, and I found the cleaning carts often obstructed the hallways, especially difficult with a stroller.

The pool area was a great feature of this hotel.

Our stay got off to a bad start because we did not get the lagoon view room I paid extra for. I was told upon arrival that only an accessible room was available, a room not suited to our needs. After complaining, they gave us a standard room, but it lacked the promised view.. This reminded me of the hotel accepted bookings for rooms it did not have.

i found the boat service to the parks very convenient, it provided a quick trip. the gym was large. it also seemed well-equipped. the pool area had sun cream available. the bathroom had separate areas for the shower and toilet, efficient.

the coffee provided in the rooms tasted very generic to me.

clean facility convenient taxi pleasant walk

I found the facility to be quite clean! it was well maintained. The water taxi service proved very convenient. It made accessing city walk easy. The walk from the parks was about fifteen minutes. It was pleasant. The bar had nice drinks, and the restaurant had good food.
