The room was not cleaned properly. Housekeeping left towels lying around. Reception lectured me about policies instead of addressing the issue (how frustrating!). I was expecting better service after a tiring day.

I must point out some issues I encountered. the room cleaning was inconsistent. Despite the stated policy of providing a full cleaning service every other day, this was not always the case. I found this unacceptable. The breakfast quality was also disappointing. The offerings lacked variety and the ingredients seemed of low quality.

i really enjoyed my visit. the breakfast was great (especially the waffles!). having free drinks and popcorn available was a real treat. plus, i found the location super convenient as i could easily walk to disney springs. the onsite restaurant was also a nice option, offering a good alternative to park food.
i encountered an issue with cleanliness. the room wasn't cleaned daily, and i was told they offer a 'refresher service' instead of a full cleaning. it became uncomfortable after a few days. i would have liked a proper cleaning service each day without having to request it specifically.

I found the location to be very convenient. The complimentary shuttle service to the parks was efficient. Breakfast and evening snacks were included. This offered great value. The pool and hot tub stayed open until 11 PM, a welcome treat after long park days.
