The room was really nice and met my basic expectations.
The breakfast buffet was VERY average, or I would even say poor quality. They had the same meals every day. It LACKED diversity. (I found it quite disappointing).

I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and evening kickback. This saved money on dining. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location near Disney Springs was quite convenient.

improper cleaning unresponsive staff
The free breakfast was acceptable.
The room was not cleaned properly. Housekeeping left towels lying around. Reception lectured me about policies instead of addressing the issue (how frustrating!). I was expecting better service after a tiring day.

inconsistent cleaning low quality food
I must point out some issues I encountered. the room cleaning was inconsistent. Despite the stated policy of providing a full cleaning service every other day, this was not always the case. I found this unacceptable. The breakfast quality was also disappointing. The offerings lacked variety and the ingredients seemed of low quality.

fantastic stay, perks and convenience!
convenient location onsite restaurant free popcorn
i really enjoyed my visit. the breakfast was great (especially the waffles!). having free drinks and popcorn available was a real treat. plus, i found the location super convenient as i could easily walk to disney springs. the onsite restaurant was also a nice option, offering a good alternative to park food.
i encountered an issue with cleanliness. the room wasn't cleaned daily, and i was told they offer a 'refresher service' instead of a full cleaning. it became uncomfortable after a few days. i would have liked a proper cleaning service each day without having to request it specifically.

the pool was open until late, really convenient after long days. a free shuttle bus service to disney parks was a real bonus (i didn't need a car!). the hotel has a game room for children, providing entertainment.

this location proved perfect for visiting various attractions. disney springs was about 10 minutes away on foot. the hotel provided easy access to the disney parks using complimentary buses, a great perk for getting around.

The pool is a good size. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Transportation runs often to all parks and Disney Springs.

Really good Stay, A Home Away from Home
convenient location efficient shuttle great value late hours
I found the location to be very convenient. The complimentary shuttle service to the parks was efficient. Breakfast and evening snacks were included. This offered great value. The pool and hot tub stayed open until 11 PM, a welcome treat after long park days.

The hotel offers a well-kept pool area with plenty of seating. A fitness center includes treadmills and stationary bikes. Complimentary popcorn and soft drinks were available on the second floor. Laundry facilities are also available.
