fantastic stay, perks and convenience!

i really enjoyed my visit. the breakfast was great (especially the waffles!). having free drinks and popcorn available was a real treat. plus, i found the location super convenient as i could easily walk to disney springs. the onsite restaurant was also a nice option, offering a good alternative to park food.
i encountered an issue with cleanliness. the room wasn't cleaned daily, and i was told they offer a 'refresher service' instead of a full cleaning. it became uncomfortable after a few days. i would have liked a proper cleaning service each day without having to request it specifically.

the pool was open until late, really convenient after long days. a free shuttle bus service to disney parks was a real bonus (i didn't need a car!). the hotel has a game room for children, providing entertainment.

i appreciated the hot breakfast every day. i liked having coffee available all day (including decaf). the hotel offered a 'kickback' evening mealwith rotating hot entrees, sides, and free beer and wine for adults.

this location proved perfect for visiting various attractions. disney springs was about 10 minutes away on foot. the hotel provided easy access to the disney parks using complimentary buses, a great perk for getting around.

the room i stayed in was spacious. it had a comfortable bed. there was a spacious bathroom, great. i also liked the fact that the hotel offers rooms with nightly views of area fireworks.

The pool is a good size. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Transportation runs often to all parks and Disney Springs.
The breakfast was awful. No taste was present in any of the food. The food was the same every day.

I found the location to be very convenient. The complimentary shuttle service to the parks was efficient. Breakfast and evening snacks were included. This offered great value. The pool and hot tub stayed open until 11 PM, a welcome treat after long park days.

The hotel offers a well kept pool area with plenty of seating. A fitness center includes treadmills and stationary bikes. Complimentary popcorn and soft drinks were available on the second floor. Laundry facilities are also available.
