Excellent Stay with Convenient Amenities

The hotel was quite nice for our short stay. We got an upgrade to a room that featured three beds instead of the two we booked. I found the food options on the premises to be excellent. I appreciated the convenience of having food, a pool, a bar, and laundry rooms all in one place. It was also very clean.
The acoustics in the room were not ideal. I could hear every movement from the room above and the room next door. Rooms are connected by a door and you can hear the other group well.

The room was spacious and clean. It featured comfortable beds. There was a mini-fridge for storing drinks and snacks. Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. The air conditioning worked effectively. It kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

The shuttle service to the parks was ACCEPTABLE.
The room itself was rather disappointing. The walls seemed thin. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room. the check-in process took an UNACCEPTABLE amount of time.

Acceptable stay overall
hotel shuttle timely service distant elevators long walk
The hotel shuttle to the theme parks and the airport was a great perk (i used it a lot!). I also liked that the staff service was timely.
The elevators were only on one side of the building. If you're on the opposite side, it seemed like a long walk (especially with luggage).

excellent stay
clean pools ample towels great staff fresh salad
check-in was quick and the front desk staff was very polite. the pools were clean and had a large number of towels available. the pool bar staff were great, and there were many lifeguards on duty. i liked the variety of options in the food court, and the salad bar had fresh ingredients.
The elevators get crowded in the morning. There are lines everywhere, it's a human anthill.
