Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas offers one- to three-bedroom villas, ranging from one-bedroom villas up to 1,050 square feet for as many as eight guests to three-bedroom villas up to 1,600 square feet for families or guests. Each villa includes a kitchen or kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Villas also feature a dining area, a washing machine, a dryer, a tea and coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. All villas provide complimentary Wi-Fi and Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience beds. Most villas have a private balcony or patio.

Breeze Bar & Grille serves American dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pirate's Cove Pool Bar, near the St Augustine pool, offers light fare and beverages seasonally, overlooking the resort's pools.
