average stay with some issues
thin wall wall stain
the free shuttle to the theme parks worked well and saved money.
the room wasn't as clean as i'd hoped, i saw a stain on the wall near the window. the walls were thin (i could hear everything from other rooms) so sleeping wasn't great.

frequent shuttle on-site starbucks spacious suite
The shuttle service ran frequently. I never waited long for a ride to the parks. the on-site starbucks provided a convenient option for morning coffee. our two-bedroom suite was spacious and accommodated my family comfortably.
I noticed a slight stain on the wall near the window. It was a minor issue.

surfside inn, a total blast!
universal parks in-house starbucks free shuttle awesome room
I loved this hotel! it's close to universal parks and international drive. i found an in-house starbucks. That helped me start my days. the free shuttle to universal theme parks runs every 15 minutes from 7 am to 11 pm. plus, the awesome room, pool area, and cafe made it extra special!
the tv volume control was a small issue. the highest volume setting was only at 19, and i found it hard to hear sometimes, so i had to use subtitles to follow shows.

I was impressed. They sent a text about my son's lost item at the pool. reception quickly found it and held onto it for us. their fast response helped reduce my stress.

the clean rooms at this very spacious resort. there were many great places to eat nearby, something i enjoyed. the convenient location allowed for easy access to everything i needed.

the hotel offers an understated dining area with tasty breakfasts and all-day meals. the free bus shuttle to the universal parks nearby made trips easy! i ate at least one meal a day in the hotel thanks to the good food, great kitchen, and service.
