smooth stay!

easy navigation keypad access ample parking

the hotel is in a multistory building, easy to navigate. i entered the building and my room using keypad codes. it was smooth and simple (i appreciate simple!). the hotel is on a main road in a residential area with plenty of parking spaces.

the room faced the street, and it was loud with cars passing by day and night. even with closed windows, the noise was unpleasant.

faulty toilet privacy violation

the toilet didn't flush properly. my room was close to the breakfast room, so i heard scraping chairs and clanking dishes starting at 8:00 am. also, personnel entered my room twice without knocking, which reminded me of a major privacy violation.

i found the inner garden view good, especially with the morning birdsong. the bathroom's design and layout were convenient. breakfast was good, and i found the staff very polite. the breakfast included deli meat, sausage, boiled eggs, bread, pastries, yogurt, tomato and cucumbers, a functional and satisfying start to the day.

the entrance and room doors use a code entry system, it involves a loud beep each time. my room faced a family who were constantly entering and exiting. this incessant beeping was quite disruptive. i suggest implementing measures to dampen the sound for a quieter experience.

the location was acceptable , and i walked to a supermarket nearby.

the room felt SO stuffy , and i could not adjust the temperature. it was too warm to sleep well. the shower pressure was also weak , , made showering feel inefficient

The check in system was convenient. I found free street parking very accessible. The breakfast was good. The room itself was nice and neat.

I never saw one member of staff throughout my stay. There were no coffee facilities, milk, or cups at the restaurant machine. The heating was too hot. I could not turn it down. The bedding was very old.
