The breakfast was amazing. It offered a full range of options. I enjoyed the convenience of coffee and juices available all day. The staff was helpful and very communicative throughout my stay. I felt very welcome.

The shower door in the bathroom did not stay on its rails properly. It needs some repairs.

Exemplary Icelandic Hospitality

The staff promptly gave instructions for a late check-in, including the door code. I found a personal note with tea lights showing my room number upon arrival. The hotel also left out snacks such as fruit, cakes, and juice. The breakfast offered plenty of variety.

I noticed some areas needed upgrades. The shower door did not stay on its rails.

The room i stayed in was spacious and clean. The furniture looked mismatched, giving it a charming and eclectic feel. The beds were also very comfortable. There were nice sitting areas off the lobby with books and games.

the breakfast included many options. i especially liked making my own waffles. the hotel offered free coffee and tea throughout the day (it was a nice touch).

i did notice the shower door needed repair. also, a light bulb in the hallway lacked a cover.
