I was charmed by how modern the room was. The room was VERY clean. I liked that the metro station was practically across the street. A discount shop was conveniently open 24/7.
The rooms advertised are not the rooms at the hotel. The room was so small, there was no room for an open suitcase ANYWHERE. To open a suitcase, I had to use the window.

strategic locationeasy accesseffective air conditioningfriendly staff
The location is very strategic. It is within walking distance to several major attractions. The tube station is also close by, with easy access to various parts of the city. The air conditioning worked effectively, much needed during the hot days. The staff was very nice and allowed me to check in early!!!
The absence of coffee-making facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience.

efficient stay near attractions

helpful receptionistconvenient locationeasy arrivalcramped room
The receptionists were helpful. They attended to my needs quickly. the room had adequate space, despite not being big. the location was convenient, near shops and a short walk to cafes and southbank. I could see the shard from my room, though partially. the lambeth north station is across the road. This made late-night arrivals easier.
i found the room a bit cramped, especially given the lack of space to hang clothes. there were only six hangers on the wall. i think a kettle in the room should be standard, rather than charging for each drink.

the staff were helpful enough.
My room was unbelievably small. Maneuvering was a challenge. the temperature was stuck at 25c. also, the tiny window barely opened, and it did not help with ventilation.

the hotel location was great, i could easily walk to many attractions. the air conditioning in my room worked well, and that was important because the weather was warm those days.
my room was quite small, there really wasn't much space to move around in it. also, i didnt like there weren't coffee in the room, so i had to buy coffee elsewhere every morning.
