The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and VERY peaceful. The hotel provides amazing access to sites on the southern coast of Iceland. We particularly enjoyed dining in the restaurant after some long days of exploring. The food was delicious!!!

The heating was set to maximum, and the room was uncomfortably hot. I forgot a toothbrush for my child and asked if they had one, but it cost 800 ISK. Most hotels offer this for free, so it was a bit surprising.

The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant. I want to thank Radka and Dory for their hospitality. They were good to talk to and very attentive during our meals.

the breakfast was great i really enjoyed all the variety they had the room had a door to the outside which i loved it was super convenient. the location was quiet and dark perfect for relaxation. i also found the staff to be very helpful and nice

the room was hot at night even with the window open and the heat turned down i thought the food quality did not match how good the menu looked. the black ice on the walkways was treacherous because they were not shoveled or salted.

The breakfast offered great choices. the staff was friendly and even arranged a to-go box for us when we mentioned leaving before breakfast. the aurora wake-up call worked well, i even got some amazing pictures from the balcony. everything contributed to a wonderful experience. I will definitely return.

The room was too hot, even with the window open. i understand heating is geothermal and controlled by opening windows. even with windows open, it was far too hot. This made sleeping uncomfortable.
