Charming Stay in City Center
airport bus convenient access central location
The bus stop near the corner provided convenient access to both the airport bus and tour buses. I found sleeping comfortable, thanks to the blackout curtains. The hotel's central location allowed easy exploration of many activities including harbor boat cruises and concert venues.
The doors did not open automatically upon arrival. You must use a keycard to buzz in.

Staff members were professional and accommodating . They booked a taxi for transport to the bus station. The personnel handled the purchase of my bus tickets to the airport.

The hotel's placement is central and provided easy access to main attractions. Walking to shops and multiple restaurants was simple. The landmark Hallgrimskirkja Church was roughly a fifteen-minute walk.

A nice bar operates within the hotel, though I spent most of my time exploring restaurants nearby. Several local dining options were available, all located a short distance away from the premises.

A Haven of Comfort
convenient location friendly staff complimentary drinks relaxing outdoor space
I found the hotel's location very convenient, it allows easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary drinks that are offered in the lounge each evening from 5-6. The hotel provide a very cute balcony, it provides a relaxing outdoor space.
I did notice the shower gel dispenser was empty and not refilled . I understand this is a small detail, but it affected my experience.

The rooms feature blackout options, it made sleeping easy. Rooms offer firm beds and pillow toppers. The bathroom included amenities I needed and daily water was supplied to my room, it was a great detail.
Dining

Breakfast includes items like scrambled eggs, sausages, and beans, it was delicious. The breakfast included smoked salmon and tipple. I appreciate the selection of meats and cheeses that were available.
Service

Staff booked taxis to reach the central bus station. They handled the purchase of bus tickets, this simplifies travel. Front desk staff was helpful in sending up extra towels and waters, I'm very grateful.

The hotel allowed easy access to bus stops. It's location to the commercial area is a plus. It felt safe when I walked around the area at night, I'm very thankful.

The hotel gym has equipment and a fridge. The fridge wasn't filled with water one day, I wish it was refilled more often. The hotel has a thermal spa with a sauna and a heated pool.

The hotel bar was a nice little space. The sauna and hot tub provided a great experience. Its perfect location was something I appreciated.
The room thermostat was not working. The room was very expensive by my standards. The toilet was tiny.
