i booked the room directly. the room felt clean, and the en suite bathroom was a plus. it was private, and i did not need to go through the main reception. the hotel location provides good links into the central area.
the walls had some visible marks.

My room was clean and spacious. I found the beds quite comfortable. The hotel is located close to Stratford. This made getting around very easy. I appreciated the good value I received for the money I spent.
I found there were no toiletries in the room besides soap.

The staff was very friendly. I really appreciated their help. I was able to park before check-in. This made arrival smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The fan was a lifesaver in the heat. The location has good transport links, convenience stores and places to eat nearby.
The toilet roll holder in my room was broken, a slight inconvenience

The staff were helpful and friendly. A fridge was in my room and very neat place. The location is great for Stratford. there is a fridge and sink in the room.
The hotel was locked, it would not let us in, and check-in happened through a window. No bath mat was provided, so I slipped getting out of the shower. Tea and coffee facilities were present in the room, though the kettle was faulty.
