convenient location restful stay efficient staff necessary items

the location was certainly convenient for reaching places i wanted to visit. the room had everything i needed. it was quiet and allowed for a restful stay. the staff were efficient at check-in and i quickly got to my room.

i noticed some marked walls particularly in the bathroom that could use some attention

the bathroom felt really cramped i could barely move around. the shower head didn't stay in place i had to hold it the whole time. there weren't any lamps either only the overhead light giving off a harsh light,

the location offered quick access to paddington station the staff provided helpful service. the room offered natural cooling due to windows airiness. housekeepers maintained cleanliness replacing towels daily. the bathroom provided a hot shower which was appreciated after a long day.

The hotel had tea and coffee facilities available. The location is really convenient. It is just a short walk to Paddington station. I found the location useful.

The bathroom door was difficult to open. I needed to ask for assistance at the front desk to get it open, but they managed it easily. My room had some nut casings on the floor upon my arrival. This was a bit disappointing. I also noticed that the television sometimes made a precarious sound when it was moved. It would occasionally cut off or stop working in certain positions.

lovely stay

clean room helpful staff

the location was amazing for getting around. i found the room very clean each day, which i appreciated. the staff were nice and helpful, i am grateful. the hotel location had access to restaurants and transport.

the room was too small. we were not able to fully open our suitcases. a larger room will be more helpful.

convenient location good selection clean room

the location was convenient near paddington station. i found a good selection of restaurants and cafes nearby. the cawnpore indian restaurant became my favorite!!! the room was warm and it was very clean, surprisingly.

The bathroom door did not fully open because the bed was in the way. It was slightly inconvenient.
