i found the staff friendly. they were really good by helping me find suitable bus routes when the station was closed. the location was also very convenient, with the bus stop right outside.

my room faced the street, and i could hear street noise because the windows weren't soundproofed. it was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable.

good location friendly staff useful fridge varied breakfast

i found the location very convenient. the bus stop was right outside, and two tube stations were within an 11-minute walk. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. the staff were friendly and ready to assist with requests. i appreciated the fridge in my room, that was useful.

the walls were quite thin, i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms, it was disruptive.

The hotel is very close to bus stations. I could easily access transport. The room was clean. It has all shops and cafes and supermarket sainsbury's local is VERY close.

The water temperature did fluctuate a LITTLE.

convenient location tube station

The location was convenient to the bus line! and a short walk to the tube station. The room had basic facilities, including a mini-fridge and a small TV. I found them helpful. I used them to keep my drinks cold and watch some local news.

The room size was smaller, and I noticed thin walls, so sounds from other rooms were audible. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms, a slight distraction . I think the hotel needs some soundproofing.
