The location is perfect. Easy access to everything important is fantastic. The staff was friendly. They helped me with directions immediately. The room was also clean. I really appreciated that.

My room was warm. I had some trouble getting the temperature just right.

The location was unbeatable for my meetings around the Gherkin. My room included complimentary water and muffins and that was a nice touch. The shower was great, very modern. I found the bed comfortable after a hectic day.

My sole issue involved the room size. It was very compact. I struggled to manage my suitcase and belongings without feeling cramped. But I guess that is usual.
