travel cots great location whatsapp service shower bath partial refund smaller rooms

Marcus made sure i had travel cots in the room. He allowed the room to be ready for my arrival. It was a kind gesture. The location was great, and access for check-in went smoothly. I also liked the whatsapp service. It ensured i could easily get help.

I encountered issues with the shower. The photos for the superior suite showed a shower bath, and the listing said shower AND bath. I had a walk-in shower. They offered no partial refund. I also had issues with the room being significantly smaller than the rooms displayed under the large studios.

bright lights clogged drain

The main road outside had bright lights. These lights did not turn off. I found some handles and taps loose. The shower drain was clogged and the mattress was worn. These issues made my night quite uncomfortable. worn mattress.

the rooms were clean, i will give them that.

I had problems gaining access. the code that was sent didn't work. I was on the phone for 20 minutes to get it sorted. also the aircon wasn't working and i had big delays waiting for the team to respond to the issue with multiple people supposedly working on the issue. beds are not that comfortable either.

The studio apartment was VERY clean! The location is close to the major metro lines. Transportation was very easy. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen. I felt very comfortable and at home.

The air conditioning cooled the room very slowly. It took 48 hours for the room to cool down. The bed was not comfortable. The room I booked was a large studio apartment but I was given a smaller studio apartment. I did not receive what I paid for.

slow assistance brick wall

the so-called virtual reception wasn't exactly speedy. i mean, getting assistance seemed like waiting for a bus that never shows. also, the promised 'city view' from my window consisted mostly of a brick wall.. somewhat underwhelming to say the least.

double glazed windows cool air conditioning easy access

The one bedroom apartment had double glazed windows. it was quiet! the air conditioning was fantastic and cool if required. Individual temperature control existed in the lounge area and the bedroom. excellent access to underground stations existed. It meant easy access from the airport via the elizabeth line.

The hotel is on a very busy main road with bright lights that do not turn off..

The apartment was very clean and modern. I appreciated the spaciousness. It seemed like home. Amenities were excellent and communication was very good.

Gaining access to the room was a struggle. The code I received did not work. It took me 20 minutes on the phone to get it sorted.
