I found a couple of things disappointing. First, the breakfast room felt cramped. IT was in the basement and oddly configured. the room seemed a bit tired. The furniture felt dated, and the carpet Looked worn in places.

I really appreciated the superb location. It was close to the tube station. the king-size double room was also quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. This.

the breakfast room held only 18 people, a potential issue because there were 20 rooms. this meant breakfast felt slightly rushed each morning. i would have liked a larger breakfast area.
