tired paintwork insufficient tea bags

the staff were very friendly and cute , that was acceptable.

the room reminded me of it needed a refresh with regard to paintwork. the chairs in the breakfast area , where i sat, were very scratched and old looking. everywhere seemed dark , i understand this was probably the design , but it wasn't to my taste. there were also insufficient tea bags , sugar , and milk left in the room.

The location directly faces Kensington Garden. It was wonderful. The staff were very helpful . The breakfast had friendly staff and lovely rooms.

The room looked tired. It needed updating. The bathroom smelt damp. It was not resolved after telling room service. The air conditioning did not get cool enough, so the room was very hot.

Wonderful Stay Near Hyde Park

ideal location helpful staff spacious suite immaculate room

The location was ideal, very close to Kensington Gardens. The staff was genuinely helpful and attentive. I received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite (I was so grateful!). The housekeeping team maintained the rooms immaculately each day.

The air conditioning was not very effective, causing the room to feel a bit stuffy.

The suite was large and well-kept. The bed provided really good comfort. The bathroom included high-quality toiletries and fresh towels were supplied daily. The hotel provided ample space for relaxation and storage.
