The hotel location is really convenient. It is just a short walk to victoria station. a bus stop outside the hotel made travel simple. i found the bed very comfortable, i had restful sleep. the staff were helpful and very friendly, they helped with directions.

The room was a little small. It was challenging to move around with luggage. this impacted the overall comfort somewhat.

The location was AMAZING!!! It was close to major attractions. The bus stop nearby made travel easy. Staff were helpful with directions. The room had a kettle. I could make tea.
