easy access consistent theme early breakfast

the location is excellent it is opposite the station with easy access to platforms the theme is consistent i saw pictures of blackbirds and a blackbird tile in the shower a breakfast is included and starts early.

the reception area is somewhat awkward

convenient location included water buffet breakfast

I found the location very convenient near the tube station. my room included coffee pods, water, and chocolates. the breakfast was really good. It had both a buffet and cooked options.

the room had a strong smell i did not like. it seemed like too much air freshener was used. i am sensitive to strong smells, hard to relax.

excellent stay

convenient location public transport welcome drink

the location proved to be great for access to public transportation. the tube station across the street offered quick transit throughout the city. i also appreciated the provided amenities, including coffee pods for the nespresso machine.. water was also in the fridge. the welcome drink added a nice touch to the experience.

breakfast service could see some improvements regarding food replacement. i noticed fruit and croissants weren't always restocked. the food temperature was occasionally lukewarm.

the room had a comfortable bed and an efficient shower. a sound system from marshall was a nice addition to the room. robes were available , a welcome addition after a long day of travelling.

The location proved quite advantageous with its proximity to shops and an underground station. i found the room lovely and the beds comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet given its central setting. the complimentary breakfast was very tasty, i'm fussy and i loved it!!

I found the location convenient. It was very easy to travel around. breakfast was a great start to the day. i appreciated the friendly atmosphere in both the bar and restaurant. the hotel decor was lovely. I liked the attention to detail.

my room was slightly small, made unpacking my suitcase a bit of a challenge.
