The staff were friendly. They always offer help. The location was convenient with nearby bus and underground stops. It was quiet, offering good rest. I got clean towels daily. The room was quite comfortable.
I noticed the bed lacked a mattress protector. I think a mattress protector is a must. The protector should be changed between guests for better hygiene.

The reception staff were helpful. The room featured very clean facilities. The value I experienced was quite good. The location offered proximity to Belgrave Road near Victoria. local Pimlico restaurants are very close.
The walls were thin, I heard hall noise.

Staff were available at the front desk 24/7, I appreciated their constant availability for questions. Check-in was straightforward, and the team was quick to respond to requests such as providing extra towels. I experienced very efficient service.

The hotel benefits from convenient access to Victoria Station. I used both the train and Underground lines. Several bus stops nearby made it easy to travel throughout the city. many key attractions are within a reasonable walking distance.

The triple room was suitable for our needs. They permitted us to keep our bags after checkout. This was a significant benefit. We were able to explore the city unencumbered. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I thought that was a plus.
I found it difficult to sleep because of the noise. I could hear people walking above the room. VERY clear. The bathroom was quite small and awkward to use and the water went everywhere.

the wi-fi came with an extra charge.
