the staff were very cute and accommodated special requests like extra hangers. my front-facing room had great street views. it offered basic accommodation at a reasonable price. i have stayed at many hotels in the area and would choose this one again for its value.

space was limited in my room. i had to place my suitcase on the small table and my bag on the chair leaving no space to sit. there was no bedside table and i needed an extension cord for my phone charger.

i appreciated the convenient location near the tube station. the staff were friendly and quickly addressed my request for extra pillows. i found the room clean and quiet. the hotel provided good value for the price.

the room was quite small and there was no lift, made carrying luggage a bit difficult.
