small gym street noise
The location proved convenient with easy access to public transportation.
I encountered a couple of issues . The gym was unexpectedly small. It had only two treadmills and one stationary bike. This limited workout options, especially during peak hours. the room lacked soundproofing, and I heard street noise late into the night.

amazing staff comfortable bed good size great location
the room was a good size, with a comfortable bed. staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. the location is close to tower bridge.
The bar was closed. There was no dining option other than breakfast.

Comfortable Stay Near Tower Hill

comfortable bed friendly staff convenient location complimentary minibar
My room was beautifully decorated and very clean I found the king size bed to be comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful with all my requests I thought the location was perfect for accessing various sites. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the minibar each day.

The premium king room had a spacious layout and a modern design I found it very relaxing I thought the complimentary coffee machine with capsules was a great addition. The bathroom was super clean and well kept too.

The hotel's proximity to Tower Bridge and the Tower Hill tube station made exploring very easy. I appreciated the safe and central location that offered quick access to public transport. Several restaurants and pubs were located nearby as well.

I found the front desk staff to be great throughout my visit they assisted with luggage storage efficiently. When I asked for extra towels and pillows the staff delivered them promptly. I felt supported and valued .
