All include modern kitchens with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. Apartments feature flat-screen TVs in living rooms and bedrooms, iPod connectors, DVD players, and direct-line telephones. Three- and four-bedroom apartments have separate living and dining rooms, with split-level layouts and bedrooms facing Beauchamp Place. Some apartments include west-facing balconies or patios. One-bedroom Executive apartments, the largest of the one-bedroom options at 603sqft, have private patios off the bedroom or lounge. A 1 Bedroom Standard apartment is suitable for 2 people with a king-size bed that can be split into twin beds, a living room with a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen.
