My Boutique Double Room was really spacious. I enjoyed the big bath, and the bed was super comfy, a real treat. The breakfast was really good, I would say. The staff were friendly. They helped me with all my questions.

The station is a short walk. This provided easy access to transportation. The rooms have an adjoining door. It's a GREAT idea for families. The room decor features a boutique style. The quality bedding ensured an uninterrupted sleep.

i didn't expect much for £99. the room was big. it had a good bath and shower. the room was decorated nicely. the air conditioning worked well. the pub and restaurant downstairs had reasonable prices. the bedding and towels felt quality.
i experienced a shambles during check-in. i had to tell the french lady my cooked breakfast sat meters away. the chef rang the bell. no one brought it to my table.

the hotel included secure parking, useful. the boutique double room i stayed in had coffee machine. it offered coffee upon my arrival, alongside little cakes. it was a nice touch.

i found many little touches in the room. the pub is perfect and beautifully decorated. the service from all the staff i met was excellent and very attentive. the beer garden provided a lovely outdoor space, very well maintained.
a minor issue i noticed was that there was no pastries on offer at breakfast. the hot drinks were also limited to one, which i didn't like. i would have preferred a croissant to be available.

the bar staff were always courteous and helpful when i approached them. check-in was quick and very friendly and efficient, which i appreciated. the staff exuded a sense of friendly, professional teamwork, apparent throughout.

Check-in felt disorganized. I had to point out to staff that my cooked breakfast sat waiting for collection after the chef rang the service bell, yet no one brought it to my table (I consider this unacceptable).

My visit were fabulous. Staff were so friendly and helpful, mainly Richard that were great. There were a super selection of beers and wine in the bar. It were full of peoples. I will be back soon, definitely.
Breakfast weren't the best. Streaky bacon were served instead of back bacon. The breakfast menu states items in plural however only one were served on the full English.

Staff were very helpful, polite, and always smiling. This created a positive atmosphere. Richard offered very good customer service at reception. The team quickly addressed all my requests without any issues.

My room were big and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy. I found quality bedding and towels, which enhanced my rest. The room also features air conditioning that worked, and I had a relaxing time.

The location offers free and plentiful parking. This made my arrival easy. The train station were just around the corner. It provides an easy trip into London. I also enjoyed the great selection of beers.
