The hotel is near Putney tube station. It provides easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. On-site parking was useful since I drove to the location. The room was very clean. It included everything needed for my short stay. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. I liked the actual toaster.

The check-in process felt unsafe. I had to type personal information into a large screen outside. This screen was visible to the traffic and buildings behind me. The street could read my personal information easily while I entered data.

The location offered excellent transport options nearby. A bus station was close. It was only one minute away. I found several shops and restaurants also located conveniently in that same area. The included breakfast was consistently replenished. It had delicious options.

The self check-in process felt insecure. I was required to enter personal information on a screen visible to passers-by. This setup presented a potential gdpr issue.

the hotel is in the putney area, a bit outside the center. i found it convenient to have many options for food nearby (mei mei is right next door). it was nice that the thames river and a park were so close. also, the train station was about a 10-minute walk, helpful.

The pillows were quite hard. I asked for a softer option, but none were available. the duvet felt very heavy, impacting my sleep. the room was clean initially, but subsequent cleaning was minimal. Surfaces were not touched, and the bathroom basin wasn't properly cleaned.

The location was pretty good. A bus stop was just outside. The room was a good size with a large bathroom. The breakfast included fruit, which I liked.

Check-in was done online, and I had to stand outside to complete it. The doors to the main reception were not open at 2 PM. Hoovering occurred outside my room at 11:15 PM. That was pretty late.
