The room was immaculate. It was very comfortable. The location was perfect. We wanted to use the subway around. The staff were helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel. I would stay here again.

I booked a superior room. There was no Nespresso coffee machine. There was no bottled water. I was expecting these items. I just got a standard kettle with instant coffee.

The hotel is near the London Underground and Overground lines. A bus stop is right outside. This provides convenient transport options. I found it easy to explore the city from here.

The location was quite convenient. I found comfortable beds in my room. Breakfast had a wide range of options to suit different preferences.

There was no hot water in the shower on both mornings of my stay (it was quite disappointing). The staff did not proactively offer solutions. The receptionist suggested I should have reported it earlier.

The room included a pod coffee machine along with tea facilities. I found ample storage in the wardrobe. A nice shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were available. The bed was comfy and the furnishings were very pleasant.

The hallways had a weird smell, like dirty feet. This was a little off-putting as I walked to my room.

The breakfast buffet offered a varied selection. It was possible to find something for everyone. Staff kept the area tidy, even though it got quite busy. The breakfast setup included designated stations for hot items and fresh fruit.
