thin walls noisy street

the annex room was not ideal. it was located across the street. i didn't like having to go outside to get to the main building. the noise from the street at night kept me awake. the walls were thin and i could hear conversations from other rooms, it was irritating.

convenient station friendly staff spacious suite

I found the proximity to victoria station to be convenient. It eased my travels . the staff were friendly and cute throughout my stay. my upgraded suite offered ample space with separate areas, such a TREAT.

the staff was charming. they offered helpful directions. the shower provided consistent hot water, it was quite refreshing, after long days. i also found the location near victoria station really handy.

my room felt quite small, almost cramped. housekeeping began quite early, around 8:00 a.m. the noise from cleaning disturbed my sleep. the elevator wasn't working, and my room was on the third floor.

lovely experience, grateful for the service

fresh fruit plentiful breakfast

i found the breakfast to be very good. i especially loved the sausages, i could smell them in the room each morning! the fresh fruit compote was also enjoyable, it was nice to start the day with some fresh fruit.
