cold drinks fresh fruit helpful staff
I found a fridge in the room. This kept my drinks cold! The included breakfast offered many choices. I liked the fresh fruit. I found the staff helpful .

convenient location nice service basement floor tiny room uncomfortable room basic bathroom
I thought the location was super convenient. It was easy to reach from the station. the staff looked after our bags, a nice service. we were on the basement floor, i could hear the underground a little.
The room felt quite tiny and so was the bed. The bathroom also seemed very small. it felt very basic, it could do with an overhaul. it wasn't very comfortable, honestly.

unbeatable location clean room breakfast selection
The location is unbeatable. Paddington Station is just around the corner. My room was really clean upon arrival. The breakfast included scrambled eggs (and sausages!)

i found the location convenient near paddington station! the staff were pleasant and check-in was quick. the room was clean and had useful amenities such as a fridge and tea and coffee facilities! i appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being so central.
