friendly staff ample lighting fresh towels
I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room had ample lighting, a real plus. Daily housekeeping provided fresh towels, a service much appreciated. The location was also convenient, near public transportation options.
The skylight was rather small. It didn't let in much natural light.

charmed by my stay
clear message helpful receptionist flawless check-in perfect breakfast
the receptionist was very helpful as well as understanding. the check-in was flawless and fast it matched the description exactly. breakfast provided a perfect start to the day before my departure.
i found the noise from the pipework surrounding the room rather loud. it was incessant and made restful sleep difficult to achieve. next time i'll ask to be placed in a different room away from the pipes.

Wonderful Stay Near the Embassy
helpful staff convenient location cute reception
Pavan at check-in was helpful. He provided toiletries (I forgot my toothbrush!). The location was convenient. I walked easily to the embassy. Rahul at reception was quite cute. He made the arrival easy.
My room was small, and there wasn't a place to store clothes. It would be helpful to have a small shelf to place things. I was only there for a short time so it wasn't a major issue.

The room assigned to me was quite underwhelming. The size was smaller than anticipated, especially considering the price I paid. the soundproofing seemed inadequate. I experienced considerable noise from both the street and adjacent rooms, thus affecting my ability to rest properly..

A Haven of Kindness and Quality!

The room was clean, a good surprise after a long journey. I found many complimentary drink options alongside a sweet cookie. It was such a welcome touch. The shower was pristine, and the bed offered a level of comfort I rarely experience away from home.
The lift was quite small, not very suitable for multiple people with luggage.

the room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. coffee making facilities were in the room. snacks were also available at reception.
i booked a standard double room for myself and my wife. the room we were given had a very small skylight but no window. i booked a room for my granddaughter and family for the night before our arrival and they were refused breakfast even though i had paid for it.

the room was clean and included appliances needed for a comfortable stay. the staff was really helpful and available for 24-hour check-in (which was so useful!).
the room size was a little small, so it was a bit tight.
