Decent Stay, Some Issues

room designclean roomcomfortable bedlong waitinattentive stafffaulty keycard
The room design seemed very nice and was very clean. The bed felt comfortable for me. It was a plus I was put on the third floor, very quiet. I slept well there.
I waited like ten minutes at the bar for check in. The staff just stood on their phones, they then acted surprised to see a queue. The emergency contact took half an hour to call me back.
