the location was great for accessing nearby attractions it was easy to walk to many tourist spots. i also found the staff to be very cute they were always ready to assist with any questions i had
the room i stayed in was quite small it barely had enough space to move around comfortably. also the shower water was not consistently hot i had trouble getting it to a comfortable temperature sometimes

I found the location quite central for exploring. victoria station was a short walk away, providing easy access to various parts of the city. the staff were helpful.
the stair carpet between the first and second floors felt a bit loose. i noticed it particularly on one step, which could pose a tripping hazard. my wife nearly tripped, so i recommend caution when using the stairs.

I found the staff helpful, especially with directions. the rooms had such a clean feeling. breakfast was simple but provided such a lovely start to the day. I liked the selection of fresh fruit and pastries.
I found the stairs a bit challenging with luggage. An elevator would be a really good thing.
