the staff contacted me before my arrival. they checked the room configuration i needed. the room itself was a self-contained flat, a lovely surprise! it included its own kitchen, bathroom, and even a filtered drinking water tap, a really nice bonus.

Superb Stay with Great Amenities

The room had doors that opened to a little patio area overlooking a pool. I saw fish and a lawn beyond, BEAUTIFUL. The beds were very comfortable. Tea and coffee were supplied, and the staff provided more milk upon request. The family room we had in the annex was clean and had everything we needed.

The TV in the room did not work properly.

The staff were quite cute and friendly. They had my room ready according to my preferences, SO thoughtful! They let me stay back a couple of hours after checkout after I requested, fantastic.

The rooms were spacious. There is access to a microwave in a communal kitchen, very convenient if you want to reheat food. Hot water in the showers is plentiful and the whole place is peaceful, it was a blessing.

The lack of soundproofing was an issue as I could hear conversations from other rooms. The furniture seemed old and worn, especially the bed, uncomfortable. I also found the breakfast arrangements confusing because details were not provided clearly upon arrival.

the family room garden view included doors that opened to a patio area. A pool containing fish sat adjacent to a lawn. The beds proved comfortable and tea and coffee were available.

the duration of central heating from the radiator was on a timer. It came on around 0800 hrs. This timing could have been more convenient for an earlier checkout.
