the staff were very attentive to my needs. the room overlooked the abbey and was very clean. i especially appreciated the location opposite the abbey.
i found the bathroom floor to be quite creaky, a bit noisy at night.

The staff was friendly. They explained about attractions near the site. The room was clean. The space was tidy.
I was given a different room than booked. I did not complain as i did not realize it soon. The bed was small. It was also too hot.
