location good, room... not so much

faulty toilet missing amenities

The location was indeed good. It was near the town centre so transport links were accessible.

The room provided a slightly less excellent experience. The toilet tank cover did not fit properly, needing manual intervention to flush. also, there was no cold water on my departure morning. This resulted in a rather rushed and uncomfortable shower. there was a certain lack of essential amenities.

the location met my needs with easy access to the bus station.

the room floors were not properly cleaned upon arrival. a cockroach also looked . thin walls allowed me to clearly hear adjacent rooms.
