beach location fresh towels noisy room scraping noise

the location was beautiful. i like it faced the beach, and it was so near many restaurants i wanted to visit. every day, there was roomservice with fresh towels i needed.

the rooms was very noisy. i hear doors slamming always, day and night, not so lovely. additionally, the housekeepers make a scraping noise with furniture on the floors.

central ibiza stay

perfect location spacious room friendly staff

the hotel location was perfect, right on the beach. i enjoyed the spacious room and balcony overlooking the waterfront. the staff were very friendly, always ready to help (which i found amazing).

The noise isolation was a big issue. I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. sleeping became difficult because of the noise from outside, especially in the early morning. perhaps better soundproofing would solve that.

breakfast was available at an extra charge. there were many restaurants and cafés nearby. vending machines were also available with fair prices.

the reception staff was helpful with requests. the staff was very friendly and provided great service. i appreciated the quick and helpful email responses before my stay.

the hotel features a pool right on the promenade with a sea view. a gym offers sea views and includes modern equipment. the hotel also offers ferry tickets.
