The breakfast was great (especially the variety!). The pools are clean and tidy. The bus into town runs multiple times daily. The bus stop is conveniently near, about fifteen minutes away.

There was only ONE bottle of water in the room upon arrival.

i was told the hotel had several pools the kids could use but only a couple were open the lifeguard seemed uninterested and was often on his phone the advertised activities were less frequent than i expected i also found that the buffet became repetitive after a few days with limited variety the staff seemed stretched thin during peak hours making service slow.

The all-inclusive deal fell short of expectations. The drinks included were of poor quality with limited options. A menu of included drinks was absent, yet premium drinks were heavily advertised. The breakfast coffee/tea and juice service was chaotic, with long queues and broken machines.
