dreamy setting easy access helpful staff comfortable bed

the setting felt dreamy. i especially loved the easy access to gracio and gracioneta. the staff was helpful, the bed felt very comfortable. we certainly plan to return.

The breakfast felt a bit expensive. Drinks were quite pricey in the evening too.

reception greeted me by name, a nice touch. i noticed staff quickly addressed the hot water issue the first night. laura at reception and marta in the restaurant provided especially wonderful service.

the room was gorgeous with a balcony and sea view, a total paradise. daily cleaning ensured rooms were immaculate. the bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, body cream, and hand cream, all of good quality with eucalyptus scent.

A wonderful stay

quiet location helpful staff amazing sunsets

I appreciated the location. It is wonderfully quiet. The staff, especially Laura at reception and Marta in the restaurant, were helpful. The sunsets are indeed amazing and the food and views are fabulous. I found a perfect getaway with peace and tranquility.

The absence of water in my room after the initial night was inconvenient. A small fridge could easily fit inside the large wardrobe. This addition would allow for readily available water and other refreshments. Tea and coffee facilities are missing in the room.
