mixed feelings about this hotel.
food quality poor cleaning
the location was acceptable. it was right next to the beach.
The food was disappointing. It lacked variety and the quality wasn't great considering what we paid. cleaning could have been better in both the rooms and the restaurant. I repeatedly found glasses with lipstick marks. the room above the kitchen meant waking up early to the noise of the exhaust fan.

ground-floor room garden access amicable staff
I stayed in a ground-floor room with garden access. It was very practical for families. The all-inclusive option worked out well (the staff was very amicable). The buffet food offered a good variety. This was great.
The room decor looked a bit nicer in the photographs.

a sweet escape to cala tarida
friendly staff amazing aqua gym great atmosphere convenient location
I really liked how close this place was to the wonderful beaches. the staff members were very friendly! i especially enjoyed the aqua gym. It had such a great atmosphere. the location was a very short journey from the airport. It was also a bonus to have a great location right next to the beach.
the drinks tokens felt a bit inconvenient, needing them for every cup regardless of the board i was on. it was a minor thing but still worth noting

the room was kept very clean each day with the cleaner tidying up. in-room air conditioning was good. the bathroom was functional with basic amenities.

the pools are lovely and well kept, and the hotel pools were clean. the location provides easy access to cala tarida beach. there is parking available who rent cars.

there was lots of choice of breakfast items available each morning at the breakfast buffet. the buffet offers a convenient way to start the day before heading out to the beach. the service was good.

confusing token system missing fridge
the room was clean and that met my expectations.
the token system for drinks was confusing. i paid €2 for a cup and held onto it, but i wasn't fully sure if that's how it was supposed to work. there was no fridge in my room and i really missed having a cold drink in the evening.

animation team clean room wonderful beaches
The animation team was good, so it was very fun for the kids. my room was clean and well kept! i was near wonderful beaches. I really enjoyed walking there.
